The basics to always have in your fridge

Rut in Nuremeberg market, Germany

So this is a list of the 33 basic ingredients that I copied from a book when I lived in the US, and spent a lot of time in Virginia, Charlottesville.

It is quite american but I think it's pretty helpful. Here they are:

For the REFRIGERATOR:

Eggs, milk, butter, mayonaisse, tomatoes, mushrooms, peanut butter, cheese, italian dressing and lettuce.

For the FREEZER:

Broccoli, sasauge, spinach, ice-cream, mixed vegetables, chicken breast, ground beef, coffee, strawberries, juice and cool whip.

For the PANTRY: Tuna, granola, pasta, bread, bisquick, syrup, rice, potatoes, olive oil, sweetened tomatoes and onions
