Eggplant with soy sauce


Esta es una forma muy original de cocinar berenjenas de forma china de mi amiga Priscilla que es una super cocinera y es de Singapore.


Basic cool recipe for eggplant
Chinatown, Chicago
  • mince garlic not too fine
  • heat oil, brown it
  • cut up eggplant in pieces and throw into saucepan
  • season it with soy sauce
  • soooooooooooo easy sooooooo good!!! try it!
